Established in 2007, the salon is immaculately fitted out throughout with high quality bespoke fixtures and fittings. The business offers not only expert skills but the latest trends in haircuts, colour, haircare and styling to suit all their client’s needs.
The ground floor has six workstations together with a reception and sales area. To the rear are two backwashes, a staff kitchen and separate WC. The owner is supported by a team of highly skilled stylists who make it their priority to meet the requests of their extensive client base.
The business sale was highly confidential but here at Sovereign we used our experience in this area to carefully vet any potential buyers and made sure they consented to an NDA before we released any information about the business. This was not an issue for our expert staff who are well versed in delivering a bespoke service for every business we put on the market because we understand that every business we market is unique.
It wasn’t long before this careful approach paid dividends and after a successful viewing and a lot of work behind the scenes, which included our team liaising with solicitors and keeping both the buyer and seller supported throughout the process the sale was successful.
This sale was also a good example of how we offer a bespoke service because the business was originally a leasehold sale but using our extensive contacts we actually managed to sell both the business and the property. Another example of our expert staff going the extra mile for our valued client.
