Operating from the ground floor of a single terraced property which has retained many of its original character features, it consists of catering for 45 covers with a separate Ladies and Gents WC and a spacious serving and sales area. This fantastic business attracted a lot of interest as soon as it went on the market.
Now came the opportunity for our expert team to manage the marketing and interest in the business and to ultimately find our valued clients a buyer. After a number of viewings an interested party put in an offer which was accepted and after liaising with solicitors and negotiating a new lease the business successfully changed hands.
