This popular Fish & Chip shop is a single fronted premises and comes fully equipped with an open plan frying area, a three pan Henry Nuttall frying unit, a Bosch oven and hob, upright fridge freezer and till.
The preparation area has a large cooler, microwave, stainless steel work surfaces, extraction unit and rice cookers. Inside the potato room is a twin freezer, fish fridge, chipper and rumbler.
The business comes with living accommodation which consists of a bathroom, three double rooms and separate toilet.

This hard work soon paid off when an interested party viewed the business and expressed their interest, which soon turned into an offer and lead to the leasehold changing hands and a sale agreed.
